Spring Reception 2025

Our WLAC Spring Reception was a great success! Legal professionals and community members gathered for an evening of celebration and connection, set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Merritt at the historic Terrace Room.

We were thrilled to welcome the Spring with a strong turnout of attorneys, judges, and students who came together to share stories, build connections, and support the next generation of legal professionals.

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of our MAG Scholarships and our Kazan scholarship —awarded to local law students preparing for the bar exam. This year, we handed out five scholarships in total. We are proud to invest in these future leaders and support them at this pivotal stage in their careers.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening so special. Here's to a season of growth, renewal, and continued community!

We want to thank our partners and collaborators:

Signature Resolution, drink sponsor.

Maranto Law, flower sponsor.

And a HUGE thank you to our Board members who volunteered time to make this event happen!
