Presented by the Solano Superior Court and the Solano County Bar Association, Girls on the Rise is a free, day-long seminar for young women ages 15–25 designed to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders. Now in its third year, the program provides participants with direct access to accomplished women across a range of professions, including judges, attorneys, medical professionals, and skilled trade leaders.

Through engaging panel discussions and open dialogue, speakers share their personal career journeys, discuss challenges and opportunities women face in professional spaces, and offer practical advice on leadership, confidence, and overcoming perceived barriers. Attendees will also have dedicated opportunities to network with panelists and build meaningful connections in a supportive, collegial environment.
